The Gestalt approach
Gestalt psychotherapy places the therapeutic relationship right at the heart of our work together. Rather than focusing solely on what feels "wrong" or rushing towards quick fixes, this approach invites us to become genuinely aware of what is unfolding in the present moment — encompassing your thoughts, emotions, bodily sensations, and the ways you relate to yourself and others.
Through a safe, compassionate, and non-judgemental environment, we create space to gently understand your unique experiences and personal needs at a pace that feels comfortable to you.

What to expect during a session
In a Gestalt session, we pay attention to what is happening for you in the here and now. Through conversation and gentle exploration, we may notice your thoughts, feelings, bodily sensations and ways of relating as they arise in the moment.
Together, we explore what you are experiencing with curiosity and without judgement. The therapeutic relationship itself becomes part of this exploration, offering an opportunity to become more aware of yourself, your needs and your patterns of relating.
Each session unfolds naturally from what you bring, at a pace that feels right for you.
